Destroy Plague Carriers The Ratmen, known by Elves as "the plague carriers," were responsible for an epidemic in the Elven Forest and once fought on the side of the Dark Elves. Understandably, the Elves harbor great bitterness towards them. Master Ellenia asks you to kill the Ratmen that are nesting in the Elven Underground Fortress. You must especially destroy Varool Foulclaw, their boss, and bring her back his fangs as proof. She has promised you a reward. Hunt the Sukar Wererats, the Sukar Wererat Leaders and Varool Foulclaw. -
- Talk to Ellenia
in Eva Sanctum of the Elven Village. - Go to the Elven Fortress, hunt Sukar Ratman , Sukar Ratman Captain , collect
Wererat's Fang, and their chief Varool Foulclaw , for killing him you'll get a 
Varool Foulclaw's Fang.
Warning! If you have the Varool Foulclaw's Fang, you need to go back to the Elven Village to Ellenia , as you won't get any other quest items. - Talk to Ellenia in Eva Sanctum of the Elven Village and get the reward:

5 Adena. - Varool Foulclaw's Fang - 1000 Adena.
